Access

A few Access tips:

When getting ready to build the data base, ask yourself a few things:

1. What type of data will entered? Textual? Numeric?

2. Where will your data come from?

3. Who will be entering the information? Will it only be you? Or will you have others do it.

Keep in mind about relationships:

1. Field name in common.

2. Field size in common.

3. Data type in common.

4. Primary to Non-Primary key.
